✔ Personalized Training Program - Receive a custom exercise plan tailored to your unique needs, challenges and goals. 

✔ Curated Practice List - A step-by-step guide of targeted exercises and techniques to work on between sessions.

✔ LIVE Q & A for You and Your Support Partner - Bring a support partner to your sessions for additional hands on assistance and guidance.

✔ 24 Hour Email Support - Have qustions between sessions? Get timely email responses within 24 hours to keep you on track. 

✔ Video Critiques - Send videos of your training, and your coach will provide detailed feedback and corrections to refine your tequniques. 

 

✔ Progress Monitoring - Your progress is closely tracked, and your plan is adjusted as needed to ensure continuous improvement
